What does the base rate include?

The base rate includes 4 guests, final cleaning, linens, towels, the lakeside sauna, the hot tub, the beach, the pier, a rowing boat without a motor and a SUP board. Extra guests, the annex for smaller groups, EV charging, the outboard motor, the jet ski and trips are priced separately.

How many does Villa Purnukka sleep?

The villa accommodates up to 15 guests: the main house 10 and the annex 5 in May–September.

Is there a minimum stay?

Weekends usually require a minimum of 2–3 nights. The exact minimum is shown in the booking calendar for your dates.

Is the hot tub available year-round?

The outdoor hot tub is available year-round. Any maintenance is communicated before or during your stay.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

The kitchen has normal cooking equipment: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pans and pots.

The Wi-Fi is sufficient for normal remote work and streaming.

Can I book a boat or jet ski with the stay?

A rowing boat without a motor and a SUP board are included. The outboard motor and the jet ski are booked separately. Use depends on weather and safety conditions.

Can I come with children?

The yard has a playhouse, trampoline, swings, a sandpit and bicycles. Inside there are children’s dishes, two high chairs, two cots and a safety gate. Children must be supervised at the beach, the pier, the sauna and the hot tub.

An EV charging point is available for a fee. Mention your charging need in advance.

Where are the nearest shops and services?

The Vehmersalmi Sale is about 2 km away. With the S-kaupat app you can order groceries straight to the villa. Kuopio is about 40 km away.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Entry works with a smart lock.

How do I get the arrival instructions and door code?

Detailed arrival instructions and the door code are sent by email after the booking is confirmed and the traveller declaration is filled in.

The traveller declaration form comes with the booking confirmation. The door code is sent once the declaration is filled in.

There is free parking for several cars in the yard. The last ~200 m is a gravel road.

Pets are welcome. Please clean up any waste from the yard and excess fur before departure.

Smoking is allowed only outdoors in a designated area. Smoking indoors is forbidden and may incur an extra cleaning fee.

Birthdays and gatherings are fine when the number of guests matches the booking. Quiet hours are 23–07. Disturbances may lead to ending the booking.
